HomeServe came to us to test a new on-demand repair service and reposition their brand to appeal to a younger audience. I designed a new scheduling feature in their existing app. I also led the creative team through a partial rebrand, extending the new visual identity across social ads, print, and landing pages.
App Development
I designed a new repair scheduling flow for HomeServe's existing native app. The flow takes a homeowner from service selection through issue identification, date and time booking, and booking confirmation.
Brand Redesign
The rebrand modernized HomeServe's visual language while keeping the equity of their existing logo and signature red color.
Social Ads & Marketing Materials
Three messaging strategies were developed and tested in parallel, each centering a different value proposition. The campaign ran across paid social and print, including billboard and direct mail executions.
Landing Pages
I designed three landing pages variations to support the campaign, each built around one positioning strategy. These variations were tested to measure which message drove the highest conversions.
